Hi! My name is Kassia. I am a Political Science and Journalism student at the University of Colorado Boulder.

As a multimedia journalist, I enjoy stories about everyday people and the ways that political decisions impact them. I am looking to gain more experience in long-term investigative and editorial work.

Through my journalism coursework, I have produced short documentaries, audio interviews, photo projects, and written articles.

I spent two summers interning at San José Spotlight, a nonprofit news organization, one reporting on local news and the other working in an audience engagement role.

This summer, I have been working as a production assistant at CBS Bay Area in San Francisco, writing stories for the digital team, as well as for broadcast.
